Hello! Welcome to my blog, it’s been awhile since i’ve posted here but we are back! I’ve been dreaming of revamping my blog for awhile now but life has just gotten ahead of me. As my second baby is now four months and i’m getting a better handle on things (kind of, changes day to day lol), I'm ready to get back in the groove. In this blog portion of my site, I intend on sharing about me, my creative writings, my life updates and share educational tips for all my artist friends! Today, i’m sharing what’s in my studio.
If you have been wanting to begin your artist journey but you don’t know where to start, I’m here to help! Let’s start with getting some good tools in your studio. When I began building my studio, it was so helpful to hear from other artists about what they were using. So I want to pass on my favorites to you!
Now as an artist, it’s up to you to experiment and find the tools that fit your style and best help you accomplish your vision. There are specific tools for each medium but don’t let that limit you. Just last night I experimented with a new tool for spreading paint and I loved it, so always be open to new tools! So I will share this list of my favorites in my studio right now, but as we grow so does our toolbox! Let’s get started!
